Baby-G watches use urethane bands, which are a softer and tougher plastic material. These bands will, however, still break eventually through everyday use and abuse. Most watch straps need to be replaced with original bands from Casio, but some can be replaced with third party, generic bands. With generic replacement bands, it can be difficult to know if the band will fit on the watch until you try to put it on there.
Original bands can be purchased through third party sellers like eBay and Amazon, but it may not be the right band for your watch and it might not be an original Casio part. They can also be bought from Casio or through an authorized Casio parts retailer.
Once you do have the band, and if it was not installed at the time of purchase, it can be difficult to install it yourself without the right tools and experience. It may be worth it to take your band in to a repair shop to have them install the band for you.
